At Babadea we care about the environment, that is why our entire collection is handmade sustainably, we work with high-end cowhide and goat skin with no chemical treatments, using only vegetable dyes. This choice of materials and process ensures not only the quality of the bags, it also gives each piece individual character with slight differences in tone.
Our bag collections are characterised by rustic finishes and natural colours a nod to the essence and organic that identifies our brand. All the materials we use are eco-friendly, organic and natural; eco-friendly linen, silk and cotton linings and stone washes. Our packaging is made of compostable cardboard and lokta fibers. Bags designed in Barcelona and produced in two workshops in Petrer and Ubrique.
The jewels designed by Babadea are made in Barcelona by the renowned Reguera Foundation workshop. They are handcrafted in sterling silver and 18-karat gold with baths from 3 to 1 microns to offer different finishes. They are gorgeous!
Babadea belts made of soft leather and leather braids combined with eye-catching hand-finished buckles. The belts are braided and finished manually by Plácido, who with skill and waxed thread finishes off each piece.
The brand creates timeless designs, with simple lines, reformulating the use of rustic materials. All without losing the Babadea style, where elegance, comfort, a hint of rock and the beauty of a good accessory are mixed, designed to last a lifetime.
