Can I change my BABADEA?

Of course! If you are not satisfied with your bag, you can change it for another item.

Do I have to pay something for my change?

Spain and Portugal: ONE FREE CHANGE for BAGS SECTION. If there are subsequent changes, the cost of returning the package for the customer is 8€ , which must be paid to our bank account and the delivery of the new chosen item is still free.

Purchases in the JEWELRY section cannot be exchanged or returned except for production defects.

To arrange your change you can write us an email to costumerservice@babadea.com with the order number or the email with which you made the purchase.

We will notify you the pick-up day (there is no possibility to set the time: 9 am-7pm).

If you prefer, you can also leave your package at the MRW office closest to your address, but don't do it before letting us know , we need to ask for authorization. We need 24 hours to request the collection at the office of your choice of MRW. You don't need to put any address, MRW will put a label on your package. That is why it is very important that you wrap your box well or put it inside another box so that the original Babadea box arrives in perfect conditions. We discount 4€ if your box arrives with stickers or in poor conditions.

Europe and rest of the world: In the case of exchanges or returns outside of Spain and Portugal, the client will be responsible for sending the package to our warehouse, at this address:

The client from outside Spain or Portugal will assume the cost of sending the exchange or return package.

The new shipment of Babadea to the client of the EU, in the case of an exchange, will be € 9.

What is the time limit to make a change?

The legal terms for any return or exchange is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase. Of course we have to receive the item in the same condition in which it was sent.

Only after receiving the package, we will manage and send the new package and we will return the difference amount in the same way that it was charged.

In case the new bag of your choice has a higher price, we will send you a link for the payment of this diference. 

When do you send me the changed item?

After verifying that the item initially purchased and returned is in perfect condition, we will request the delivery of the new chosen product.

If there is a difference in money between the changed product and the new product purchased, how will I receive the amount of my return?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the difference amount in the same way in which you made your purchase.

When will I receive the amount of the difference?

After approving the change (the items must be in perfect condition), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be transfered to your account within the next 7 days from receipt of the product at the Babadea offices.

Remember that the time it takes to receive your credit card payment always depends on your bank.

Babadea reserves the right to reject returns or changes communicated or sent after the deadline, or in items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. We don't accept items with signs of having been used.

Returns:

Return period - 14 calendar days from the purchase receipt.

Obligatory to present the order number and proof of the operation by email: sales@babadea.com indicating in the subject of the message "Return".

The refund will be made by the same payment method with which the purchase was made. It is also echangeable for a Voucher (without expiration).

The refund will be made once the original product has been received at Babadea and has passed the corresponding verification, during the 7 days after receipt of the order.

THE CUSTOMER MUST COVER THE COSTS OF THE RETURN OF THE ITEM for both Spain and International Countires.

Both in exchanges and returns, the product must be delivered in its original condition (including labels and packaging), along with any accessories included in the packagging, and in conditions that demonstrate that the product has not been used, washed or damaged.

Any change or return that has not previously been communicated to Babadea will not be accepted. costumerservice@babadea.com
